Easy and comfortable living

I booked this apartment sight unseen when moving from out of state and am so glad I did! The space is beautiful and well cared for, and with how good the amenities are I haven’t missed having a gym membership. Having moved here not knowing anyone, it’s also been nice having apartment organized events to meet people. Management is very accessible and quick to respond. An area of improvement I would like to see is being able to opt out of the valet trash service.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Upton Oxmoor. The front office staff is incredibly helpful and always welcoming, which makes a big difference day to day. The apartments are spacious and updated, making it easy to truly feel at home. I absolutely love living at Upton Oxmoor! The community is beautiful, the amenities are modern and well-kept, and the location is perfect. It is tough to find nice units, in a good location, w/this nice of amenities in Louisville - but Upton has surpassed our expectations. To add to this, their events team is constantly holding parties/offering free tickets to Louisville events to get the Upton community together and involved!
