The complex is quiet, staff and residents are nice. I like the food truck events! And I love that the pool is open past the summer months…because it stays hot here and we still need to cool down in September!

Great community. The staff are amazing. Love Jana and the crew. Maintenance is excellent. The gym could have a few better pieces of equipment. New bike would be fantastic. The breezeways could be cleaner. I also do not like that my guests have to pay 5 dollars to come visit me! But overall the experience has been great for me. ??

New tenant here and so far things seem delightful, especially with the Starbucks right outside the perimeter of the property?? I also like there’s a gas station right next door and you can easily navigate outside the property gate into the parking lot of the store. If you have company or just feel like taking a walk to pick up some snacks, it’s very convenient not having to walk on the curb or sidewalk on the main road. All you have to do is walk out the gate down a little strip of road and ...

Lived here for over a year now was worth signing another lease ! The views nice and I’d say it’s a safe area. I’ve personally never heard or seen and suspicious activity in the area.
