November 23, 2025Have had bad experience with cockroaches, it took more then two months to get this issue solved and had to live in an unhealthy situation. I have always documented this issue with pictures and videos and felt at times that I was questioned on this matter by the front office. Dealing with the front office personnel was not always pleasant, except for Ruby who have been always polite empathetic and professional when I interact with her. Staircases and hallways could be cleaner as well. I like the ...size and features on the apartment and the pool is very nice as well, so as a complex I think it is a good place overall.Property Manager Responded
