Entry and exit are a constant issue. The gate is frequently broken or left wide open, allowing any vehicle to enter without restriction, which raises safety concerns.
Cell phone service is also a major problem inside the building. You’re forced to rely on Wi-Fi, which is inconvenient and not always reliable.
There is no designated area for dogs, and unfortunately, the buildings often smell like urine, with pet waste left on sidewalks.
That said, I do enjoy the amenities and the apartment ...
layouts. The office team is friendly, attentive, and helpful. Like any property, it’s not perfect and comes with its challenges. I just wish more attention was given to resolving the phone service issues, maintaining the gate properly, and improving cleanliness related to pets.

It’s really nice community five star location and the apartments I really like pool is beautiful and always clean just sometimes repairs take long and it will not help us as a residence who pick next to elevator unit to have access to it when it is always broken
