Terrible
July 27, 2025Moves in last week found the ac system is not working. Saw spiderwebs daddy long leg spiders everywhere. Have them fix the AC now it’s not working again after a week. Found out leaking drain from AC onto carpet outside of the wall. They said they fixed the drain, but yet they didn’t dry out the carpet. Above the patio door ceiling there is water damage that was not fixed. Now after recharging AC system the system is not cooling down so it’s costing me money on electrical bill because obviously ...there is a leak in the Freon system and they won’t fix it.Property Manager Responded

FYI - motorcycle lovers
April 23, 2025I absolutely loved this place when I toured, but as a disclaimer because I didn't know till I asked - they don't allow motorcycles on the property. I won't part with my bike, but if I didn't have one, I would have signed!!Property Manager Responded

October 30, 2024Awesome place to live! The grounds are kept up nicely, and maintenance is really good. I love my 3 bedroom, 2 full bath space. November 11, 2024Overall lovely neighborhood, but could be better. It starts with the residents putting their trash in the dumpsters. I know a lot of you think rodents are lurking by the dumpsters at night but they’re not. Keep putting trash outside of the dumpsters & we will have a rodent problem. The front office leasing staff could be more polite and welcoming (some not most). The maintenance staff is great & good at what they do. I appreciate them a lot.
