July 9, 2025It’s an up and down relationship with you all. Sometimes you hit it out of the park and sometimes the team cannot fulfill their job duties. I signed my renewal in March and even sent an email confirming this. No one countersigned it. You have 30 days for this and two assistant managers, two! Where is the accountability! I just really hope I don’t get hit with MTM fees and honestly, I debating on just putting in notice and getting out of here. We shouldn’t have to chase you all down. Like renewals ...only help your occupancy, we shouldn’t have to chase down our lease. I had a friend visit the office, they said no one actually appeared to be working or said hi! July 2, 2025I love my apartment at Uptown Square! I have met so many people through the events that Evan organizes, and they are super fun! The best amenities are available for residents to use — a pool, big gym and so many courtyards!Property Manager Responded

June 24, 2025It is in a fantastic location with excellent access to highways buses and light rail services. The social events are great and frequent. It does however take a ridiculous and unacceptable amount of time for them to repair gates and doors.Property Manager Responded

June 23, 2025Not great. We put in a request for our AC to be fixed more than two months ago and are told that it could be two more months before it is fixed. We have been given floor units for the bedrooms, but nothing for the main living space. Our average indoor temperature is 85-90 degrees, making our apartment unhabitable. June 21, 2025Too expensive for what you get and for the area. Prices are going down and uptown needs to lower their rent to be competitive. Pool is not heated at all even though they say it is semi heated.Property Manager Responded

June 6, 2025The office staff is nice and the community is great! However, not all of the apartments are remodeled. Many doors and gates are broken. Hallways look like they’re falling apart. The place isn’t very well kept up.Property Manager Responded
