Overvalued (price doesn't justify its offerings)
March 30, 2023-High rent with no in-unit laundry or parking space (unless paying an additional fee but be careful as there is only 1 spot assigned to each apt). -Bathrooms, kitchen, and other appliances are updated and clean (not all units however). -Although the administration is friendly, they lack effective communication to contractors for snow removal and long wait times for maintenance requests. It was noted that this is one of Campbell Properties "forgotten buildings." Overall, for the price and lack ...of in-unit/community amenities (when compared to similar priced apts nearby), I wouldn't recommended moving in unless the price was adjusted to a fairer value ($200 less market value).Property Manager Responded
