August 13, 2016I have lived at Urban Green apartments for around 20 years. These apartments used to be top-notch, but in the last 2-3 years, management has gotten horrible. It takes an act of God to get things fixed around here. I have been trying to get them to fix the roof on my building so it doesn't leak into my apartment every time it rains decently hard for over a year. They keep finding different excuses, but the outcome is the same, I get wet while standing in certain rooms of my apartment when it's ...raining outside. I spoke to the apartment manager's boss a little over two weeks ago about it and she assured me it would get fixed in two weeks time or less. It rained hard a couple of days ago here and I came home to standing water on my floor. I can't say they haven't fixed anything in the past couple of years. They just don't want to fix the major issues with these building.Property Manager Responded

August 8, 2015This is an affordable apartment with a great location close to down town Des Moines. The apartment has nice ammentities like a pool and on site laundry.
