April 4, 2024Dirty buildings, common spaces in constant maintenance, noisy neighbors, a management team that ignores its own rules and rental promises, theft of vehicle parts, dangerous areas outside due to leaks or humidity, excess of unregistered vehicles, cockroaches in the apartments, arbitrary schedules and days of garbage collection and rules that apply to punish those who demand dignified treatment and in accordance with the contract. Management enters without notice
October 12, 2023Do not rent here. The management is terribly disorganized. They have walked into my apartment 4 TIMES without notice. I let the first 2 slide and I reported the third one to the assistant manager after I was gone for vacation for a month and returned to my apartment unlocked, and the fourth time which happened THE NEXT WEEK I called the cops after seeing yet another person enter my apartment “accidentally”. The 2 times I reported this, they have completely dismissed my concerns and ignored my ...emails demanding logs of who keyed into my apartment. They could not tell me who entered my apartment when I was gone for 3 weeks because “we have no records of you requesting service or pest control”. At this point I do not feel safe in my apartment because I keep seeing people enter without giving notice and the management has showed no sympathy at all. They have my email. I receive their other weekly emails but never about people entering. I work from home so unfortunately I have seen every person enter. It’s horrifying. I could have been in the shower, etc. I have a right to privacy in my own home. The 2nd time it happened, I was still in bed and heard commotion at the door and thought someone was breaking in but it was someone who was showing apartments to prospective tenants and opened mine instead. Not only that, when I first moved in they gave me the wrong mailbox so for the first 2 weeks I was not getting letters until I realized that I got the wrong mailbox. June 19, 2023They talk about luxury and technology and nothing could be further from the truth. - The air conditioning in our apartment has been bad since the day we arrived, three months ago. Since they gave us the apartment it was so hot and they told us that they had it that way because it was too cold in the morning. Of course, we spent over a week trying to get a real person to make it work. - Everything is of the lowest quality on the market, the kitchen cabinets, three were broken and "repaired" but ...every time you open them you feel like you're going to be left with the door in your hand. Not to mention the cardboard walls, you can hear absolutely everything that is going on upstairs. - The dryer has an alarm that wakes up crying kids and scares you every time, plus it lasts for like 10 seconds straight that feels like forever. - The hoses of the washing machine were delivered to us inverted, hot and cold, and when we found out and notified them, no one ever came to change them. The same with the dripping from the sink, they have come three times and touch the rubber and say “ready” and leave. - Today I tried to use the dishwasher for the first time and it turns out that it does not work either. - The shower door falls off anytime too and sounds like it's from the 1830's, the upstairs neighbor sure hears it. - No technology in the apartment other than an Alexa that links to the air conditioning thermostat (which still doesn't work) - Garbage is collected at any time, and sometimes it is simply not collected, like today, when it is not collected. - There are 15 buildings for a pool with two barbecue grills, some extension chairs that do not even reach 20, and what is worse ONE garbage can for the entire area. - They don't pick up the garbage all weekend and they attach photos from any given Sunday. - The gate system to the clubhouse and pool were broken within the week we moved in, and the situation at the pool is like a maze to get to the bathroom or clubhouse or out. - The ultra-modern dog wash that they installed has never worked, apparently it's on but it doesn't have WiFi to connect it and be able to pay - The dog park has installed some dog toys for about a month and they are all broken. - The door system of the buildings has an Intercom (in a single door of the building) that works only to call you on your cell phone, there is no way to open remotely, much less use the code to open, it is just an ornament, zero technology.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Paper thin walls and floors!!
January 17, 2023You can hear people from above and below you. Music blaring and if you don't live on top floor, the walking sounds like they are stomping and if little kids running, super loud and disruptive if just watching TV or reading. Can get very frustrating. I had to talk to neighbors above me to ask them to have their young daughter to stop roller skating in the apartment at 2am. What parents allow this, I have no idea ! A few roaches, which is expected in a new development but they have pest control. ...Hallways and stairs are pretty dirty too and not seen one cleaning person. Honest review
November 30, 2022I moved from another state to these apartments and yes like the beware review my move in date changed due to the apartments not being ready. At first it was frustrating, but they did accommodate me and I'm happy with that. If you plan to move to the apartments, you shouldn't have this issue now that most apartments are ready for move in. I've been in these apartments since August 2022 and so far, I'm happy here. The apartments are spacious with walk-in closets, lots of cabinet space, high ...ceilings with a ceiling fan in every room, and entry is keyless. The apartments are smart homes and comes with an Echo dot. In order to use the amenities and get into your building you'd use a key fob. The townhomes all have a ring doorbell since no fob is needed to access them. The leasing staff and maintenance staff are friendly, helpful and quick when it comes to maintenance requests. There have been two resident events so far that were successful. It's a dog friendly, family orientated community. The only thing that i can say upset some residents were that pest control didn't start until recent and we were all paying for the service. Also, we barely received our mailbox key and are waiting on the parcel link to be able to use the parcels.
