February 11, 2026Love the location The Updater app was a waste of time. When I called to set up Internet; I had to call and was told by the representative Quantum was not a seevice provider for VB on 12th. It redirected me to a 3rd party renter's insurance company. Which was fine, but even after signing a policy. Uodater is sending me reminder emails to finish my quote. Not sure if the change of address was processed. I believe it is still saying I need to set up electricity as well. So with that said the app ...needs some tweaking.Property Manager Responded

January 14, 2026Security Overall, my satisfaction factor is positive. However, there does seem to be a lack of attention to security on the property. A couple of the pedestrian entrances are not closing properly, resulting in the gates not locking. I have observed on at least three occasions transients coming on to the property. September 13, 2025Community Unkempt At move in my apartment was not thoroughly clean — there were crumbs and dust left over from the previous resident. This complex lacks a clean and tidy appearance. There should not be dirt, stains, or trash on the hallway floor for weeks. The third floor gate near the garage should not be broken on a consistent basis without being fixed. The simple things such as cleanliness are expected when renting an apartment. I will note, that the current property manager is a nice ...woman and is very good at her job.Property Manager Responded

Would not suggest renting here.
June 6, 2025I lived at this apartment complex since Sept 2024 and ended my lease early because I did not not feel that this was a place I could see myself living in for any longer. The apartments themselves are tiny, and are bad quality in general. The floors scratched, appliances stained, and there is a pest problem. The location is awful, I would suggest visiting the location before signing a lease. I would also suggest looking at the specific unit before signing a lease as well. Overall I would say that ...the price is decent for what you get but truly would not rent here unless you absolutely have to.Property Manager Responded

May 30, 2025Unanswered Maintenance Requests/Apt. Not in move-in ready condition Apartment was not ready or in move-in condition. Still waiting on maintenance requests to be filled a day and a half later. They just don’t seem to be on top of it, or care.Property Manager Responded
