When I called to set up Internet; I had to call and was told by the representative Quantum was not a seevice provider for VB on 12th. It redirected me to a 3rd party renter's insurance company. Which was fine, but even after signing a policy. Uodater is sending me reminder emails to finish my quote. Not sure if the change of address was processed. A couple of the pedestrian entrances are not closing properly, resulting in the gates not locking. I have observed on at least three occasions transients coming on to the property.
