THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN CARMEL
March 14, 2025I looked at 5 different properties in Carmel before landing on this one. The property is beautiful and well-maintained and has excellent amenities The location is perfect. It provides more of a high scale of living than your typical boring apartment complexes. I have lived here for a year now and the girls in The office has excellent people to work with, and maintenance does a great job, too. Before you sign anywhere else check the VER first. Worst place and worst management
March 7, 2024My friends and I rented 3 units at this place. The other two moved out within a year after getting tired of electrical issues, terrible noisy neighbors and dead customer service from management. I stayed in the unit as we awaited our house being built. The last few months of living there, there were so many issues and management failed to correct or address any concerns in a timely manner. When I turned in my notice, they decided to offer me a discount to stay. I refused and still left because it ...became so absolutely frustrating to live there. Even though my house is still being built, I had to get out because I couldn't take it anymore. I have never met a neighbor that enjoyed living there. I’m so happy with my new place. Really nice apts. Hit and miss amenities
February 6, 2024The apts are very nice. Gas stoves are great! Maintenance staff is excellent. Great amenities that would be really cool to use, if they worked. Fireplace is unusable outside. TV's in rec area work about 30% of the time. Simulator works about 50% of the time. Big screen TV in rec area never works. Beer dispenser works about 25% of the time. Amenities are what separate complexes from each other. It's a big part of what you pay for.Property Manager Responded
