This is the first complex I have lived at that actually does what they say they are going to do, when my AC was having issues, the maintenance guy told us he couldn't fix it but they would have someone out, and they did and gave us a temp ac till the appointment.

I was trying to rent a house while still living here...She would NOT release my rental history UNTIL I paid my lease buy out and gave 30 days notice!!! I have never heard of this...what if I hadn't got the house I think that the manager makes up rules when it is to HER benefit. Really glad that I am moving.

I have lived at Villa la Charles for 11 years. I have had great neighbors and no problems. The management and maintainance staff are fantastic! They are always friendly, efficient and go out of their way to accommodate resident needs . Any maintainance requests are addressed promptly and done right. Rent is very reasonable for this area. A great place to live!
