January 29, 2025Relatively new resident to VINE and we're loving it so far! The staff are all attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The various smaller features/amenities provide little boosts to quality of life, including the butterfly entrance app, package concierge, parking garage app, and especially the path station shuttle. The amenities themselves (terrace, pool, grills, gym, etc.) are also very nice. Although I do wish the gym had a few more items, like an ERG, pull up bar, or a single barbell. Maybe in ...the future, they'll install a Tonal system or something. The units themselves are lovely, with the views being the signature feature. I especially enjoy the size and layout of the kitchen and the higher ceilings. As a loud talker however, I do wish the partition walls were built with a bit more effort towards acoustic dampening. All in all, I would happily recommend this building to a friend or colleague.Property Manager Responded

January 8, 2025The apartments are nice and feature large windows, which provide ample natural light. However, the windows have poor insulation, resulting in significant heat loss and requiring constant heating throughout the winter months. Additionally, the maintenance services are inadequate, and management does not appear to take complaints seriously.Property Manager Responded

August 21, 2024I just moved in 3 days ago, so far loving the vine! The shuttle has been very convenient for my morning commute. Also can't wait to try the pool once I finish unpacking haha. Excited to be a part of the community here!Property Manager Responded
