The location is quite convenient — it's close to major roads, shopping, dining, and entertainment in Irving/Las Colinas. Apartments have attractive features: per the listing, units include perks like wood-burning fireplaces, high ceilings, and spacious floorplans. For the cost, it can be considered relatively good value compared with many nearby ...options: some sources indicate the rent there is lower than average for the area. October 31, 2025I like living here and I continued because I got used to the area, many friends have moved because of the same problem "sudden increases in rent" this year I renewed because I did not plan ahead to move otherwise sadly I would have left, why do they force you to pay for BAD and MORE EXPENSIVE internet?
