STAY AWAY 8/8/24
August 8, 2024I knew I should have never submitted an application when they never answer their phone. My gut told me to look elsewhere but I didn’t. After days of calling for information, they finally answered the phone and I went ahead and submitted an application. I waited a week and started calling them again. After two weeks of calling and not answering the phone, I never received an answer about my application. I had to move forward on obtaining a place to stay since I was relocating. Customer service ...lacked greatly. They were rude and never had the correct information for me. I was told I was approved but then she thought I was someone else and after looking in the system was told my application had not been ran. After additional callbacks, no answer was given and they stop answering the phone. Why are you taking peoples money and not running their application. Train your staff and follow through on processing applications on time. It should not take a month, or more, to process an application. I went to another apartment and got an answer within 24 hrs, deposit and all fess paid the following day and lease signed. That’s how it should be with great customer service. This place is hell, DON’T move here!
September 28, 2023If I could give 0 stars I would do it to spare you all the bad living that I have had to go through. Please FOLLOW THE REVIEWS and do not move here if you are looking for a place to live in peace. ALL the buildings are full of trash everywhere, discarded food and even diapers with excrement, plus there are flies and insects in the apartments as a consequence, and it is a problem that I was promised to solve almost a year ago that I moved here, and believe me, none of this is true! As if this were ...not enough, there are homeless wandering in the halls, there is always a police scandal because there is too much vandalism, crime and domestic violence fights. A week ago there was a man in my building outside my door with a machine gun and the management offers no response and no guarantee of security. Due to all these problems that I manifested to the office management in multiple occasions and not seeing any positive result, I decided speaking with the Manager, we asked nicely to terminate our contract for the above mentioned arguments and she refused to do it, her only solution was that I pay the fine 2 months of rent or simply give 60 days notice of my intention to vacate, but I still had to pay the monthly rent until the contract expired, which is absolutely NONSENSE! Anyway, I hope this can help save someone from the hell of living in this disgusting place.Property Manager Responded

Don’t rent here
August 5, 2023Over priced. You will pay $30 for valet trash service. The company never comes on time, trash will be seen everywhere. The pool area furniture is done. The grills are disgusting, rusted, and is falling apart. The gate does not work. When you ask the front office about it, they’ll tell you it’s being worked on. Key fobs for the gym are yet to be given out. Want a garage? Nope. All taken. No any parking. Not even assigned parking. First come first serve. BSO is always in the complex with the ...entrance/ exit blocked off. Security guards are a joke. Never seen.Property Manager Responded

Improving yes, but not worth the money
April 24, 2023Lived through the horrible conditions that have since improved. They placed a "your lease is expiring" letter on my door with the new lease pricing. They raised my rent $600 a month. I would have accepted 1/2 of that without hesitation. When I spoke to the assistant manager, she stated that it was still $200 less than advertised online. It is actually $40 less than advertised online. I asked if the raise in the rent covers painting the apartment. She was not sure if they do that and has not ...gotten back to me. People living here that are not on lease. She claims that is not an issue here. "We monitor that". 6-7 people in 1 apartment cannot be legal and I have to pay for their water. Understanding that they cannot accuse, but can monitor more diligently. Threatening trash emails and still trash left in hall for weeks. All of that said, they are making improvements to the property, but have a lot of work to do. I have been looking at other properties over the last week and pricing is similar; however, it may be better to pay a little more for something that is freshly painted and doesn't have rusting bathroom fixtures. I may consider staying if they paint and replace the bathroom fixtures and loaner microwave that was never replaced as promised. As I stated, they are a bit better than the last management team; however, the $600 increase in rent is just an outright slap in the face to those of us that pay our rent on time. They will increase again next lease. Guessing that ensuring good tenants stay is not a priority of the current management team. Better to have empty apartments than good paying tenants. Though I appreciate the new speed bumps, fixing the security gate would alleviate the dumped stolen cars and theft in the community. If you decide to move here, make sure you own a gun. Do I want to move? NO because it's a lot of work, but they're not open to negotiation. You can earn rent credits by paying on time at other communities, check them out. Saw a few good one's over the last week. Some companies appreciate good tenants and strive to retain them. Viva, do better and appreciate good things when you have them. Just RUN!!!
March 1, 2023Overpriced for a trashy community. Security does nothing! Cars & homes get broken into! Cops are always here! Management sucks! Amenities are never available but you still get charged for them! Roaches run free! A million trash bags are in the hall! Parking is scarce! People hang out all times of night! Nothing gets fixed until you threaten them! Don’t move here, I definitely regret it. These reviews are true, I thought it was just upset tenants but no. Please RUN!!!Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
February 20, 2023DO NOT MOVE HERE. I been here now 6 months. When I moved in I wasn’t allowed to tour my apartment now I know why there water damage in several places. I was also lied to was told that there was a tub in my apartment and there is not. BSO is constantly here. Break ins happen often my girlfriends car was broken into. The gates and all the amenities are broken wholes in walls. Trash everywhere. Not to mention they say they have security but he spends most the time not doing his job. If you want to ...live in a place that reeks like pot, management is constantly giving you the run around. Poor Management

Horrible
June 8, 2022Property not well kept. Definitely not worth the amount they are charging. The gate has not worked since I’ve been here, can’t wait for my lease to be up. Drug activity and continuous police activity. The worst community I have ever lived in
February 19, 2022If I could give this place a negative star - I would. This place is disgusting. There is trash all around the neighborhood constantly. So much police activity. The gate is nonexistent and has never worked my whole stay here, the gym as well. The pool is not heated. The office is impossible to reach.
