June 9, 2025Overall, the community was fine when I first moved in. I’ve been living here for almost two years—I moved in at the beginning of the first leasing wave, when the community was still mostly empty. However, over the past two years, the living conditions have noticeably declined. Unfamiliar, random people now seem to come and go freely. Thank you for finally addressing the parking issues—there was a time when it was impossible to find a spot because non-residents were using them. But major ...problems still remain. Animals continue to urinate in the elevators. The parking garage still smells like pet urine. Large, noisy groups of people regularly take over shared spaces to party and behave disrespectfully, often well past the 10:00pm quiet hours, in clear violation of community policy. Because of all this, my opinion of the complex has changed dramatically—and not for the better. I’m now simply waiting for my lease to end so I can move out.Property Manager Responded

They’re super professional, communicative, friendly and helpful both in person and via email. We are always informed of any changes/updates with as much notice so I am able to plan accordingly. September 12, 2024VRV requires a 60-day notice. However, they provide a letter with lease renewal with an increase 30 days before lease expires. This is unfair because we are expected to give a 60-day notice, it would be make sense for you to have the same amount of time to provide a lease renewal notice. July 29, 2024I would highly recommend living at the VRV. The price for each unit is pretty good for the amount of amenities, unit functions (ex. central A/C, in-unit washer and dryer, gas stove, etc.) good service, security, etc. I’m very pleased that I moved. The leasing office is very friendly and is always happy to answer your questions and will fix any issue pretty immediately. For building security, they’ve taken good measures to ensure it is safe. It is also extremely quiet inside the unit and the ...outside noise isn’t very noticeable. It really does feel like living in a hotel inside the VRV.Property Manager Responded
