Close to work, restaurants, & shopping. Personnel are very friendly & efficient. Maintenance is awesome because they get to any problem usually within 24 hours. Property is well maintained.

Excellent location. Fairly modern facilities. Maintenance is excellent. Their response time is mostly same day. Couple quirks in parking situation that could be addressed. As with most apartment buildings the noise level between upper and lower is not the best but the wall-to-wall noise is very minimal. Overall the comfort zone is acceptable. Now! Where can we find an apartment WITHOUT carpeting? Us folks with allergies are at a disadvantage while looking for reduced allergy apartments.

I've lived here for 7 years. it is very quiet and has a country setting. staff here are excellent maintenance are very fast to fix anything and the housekeeper is very hard working and makes the hallways look and smell great! my apartment was also immaculate when I moved in. would not want to live anywhere else!!
