Couple quirks in parking situation that could be addressed. As with most apartment buildings the noise level between upper and lower is not the best but the wall-to-wall noise is very minimal. Overall the comfort zone is acceptable. Now! Where can we find an apartment WITHOUT carpeting? Us folks with allergies are at a disadvantage while looking for reduced allergy apartments.
