Wonderful Place to Live

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Vail Gardens. The supers, Mike and Vinny, and are both excellent at what they do and were the most responsive supers I've ever had. They do a great job at dealing with the snow in the winter time and even the smallest maintenance requests are dealt with immediately. Can't recommend Vail Gardens enough.

The maintenance people at Vail Gardens especially Vinny are very professional and go out of their way to make everything perfect. From replacing a water heater in less then hr to keep the side walks clear of ice the staff at vail gardens are amazing. It makes me proud and happy to call vail gardens home!!!

Me and My wife rented an apartment for 5 Years, the complex is amazing, They keep it spotless, Vinnie the Maintenance guy is amazing, You won't find a maintenance guy like Him that easy, He always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly.
during summer the landscaping company shows up every other day, putting flowers and keeping the gardens as green as possible, during winter You will always see the guys outside removing the snow and making sure pathways and stairs are ...

the only reason I moved out it's because We move to another state, otherwise We will still be living there.
i regret the fact that We didn't got the chance to use the pool that was just renewed.

Vail gardens is amazing. The grounds are spotless, the neighborhood is great, and the staff here are the best. Mike and Vinny the supers are hard working, quick, and very thorough. If there ever is an issue they fix it immediately. Since I have moved here 2 other of my friends have as well because of this pristine way of living. I have never felt safer.

We have lived here for 4 years now and have never had a complaint! Apts are very spacious with the master bedroom being quite large, plenty of room for a king and multiple dressers
Anytime we needed anything from maintenance they are there to see use within an hour and keep you up-to-date with progress. Have not seen as much as a spider since moving in and the complex is so clean and quite!!!

In a town full of apartments, Vail Gardens is in a league of its own. Vinnie and Mike are always there if you need anything and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Great location, near all major roads and transportation. Sad to be leaving, but had to move for work. Look nowhere else, this is the place. You will be well looked after.

I have called them several times and left many emails since last week. They never gave us the call back to book an appointment to view the property. Got very unimpressed by this and assuming they don't have any vacancies at this point. I'm wondering how the residents will contact in case of any problems.
