Amazing Experience and Property
July 29, 2022I called to enquire about leasing at Vale and Josh was very helpful in addressing all my numerous questions as I will be relocating from out of state. I subsequently made a trip to tour the property on 2 occasions with Josh. He was very professional, friendly, and resourceful. The rooms viewed were in immaculate condition as well as the numerous desirable amenities on site. The application process was seamless; I got approved within 24 hours of submission. Pretty but needs better landscaping
December 8, 2021I've been here since the spring and when I moved in I chose this place because they had palm tree views from the apartments. Since the freeze happened all of the palm trees have died and they haven't been replaced since and it makes it look a bit run down.Review from Apartments.com
