Only rent from Valenica if you don't mind the following:
The outside column bases are falling apart.
No place for children to play.
The bench in the dog area needs to be refurbished or replaced.
The lighting for the street area needs to be updated.
Using a flashlight in the kitchen because it is so dark you can't see to cook. Waiting for 6 months to get a leak fixed in the laundry room and being told to keep quiet about the leak or leave. The finish peeling off of the bathtub. Waiting for 2 ...
weeks to get a toilet fixed. Leaving the lease early because of all of the above and Chamberlian refusing to compensate for all of the issues. Going thru 6 managers in year. Constant change in maintenance people. Cupboards are old and damaged. Tracking black in on your shoes because the black top was never sealed. Waiting for 5 months for appliances that worked. The stop thermal panel was burned on the back of the oven and could not be used. Promises that are not kept. Managers that are clueless as to what to do when one manager is out. They do not communicate with each other and have no plan in place to cover for each other. So the right hand never knows what the left hand is doing. So if all of these things are ok with you then rent. Otherwise run away and never look back. This is not a luxury property as described in their adds. It is not being kept up. My husband and lived there from July 2021 to October of 2022. We even had to do some improvements to the property on our own because they refused to do anything about the issues such as just a little gravel and a whole lot of dirt in the patio area making it likely for pets to get Valley Fever from the soil. We installed artificial turf. They did not care and would do nothing. So enjoy your stay. We lived in unit 127.
