May 9, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comEs horrible vivir en estos apartamento .Plagas incontrolable de cucarachas estan por todos lados. Salen por los muros, Techos . No hay palabras. Los electrodomésticos son viejos y no funcionan bien . Pasillos sucios llenos de orines de perro. Si llegas después de las 5pm no hay parqueo disponibles. Lo peor. Si te gusta las cucarachas y vivir mal este es tú lugar.Property Manager Responded

Please know that we take concerns regarding pest control, cleanliness, and maintenance seriously. Our community works with a professional pest control vendor on a regular basis, and residents are encouraged to report any concerns directly to the office so treatment can be scheduled and properly documented. In regard to the breezeways and common areas, they are cleaned daily and pressure washed weekly as part of our regular community maintenance efforts. We also continue to address pet waste and housekeeping violations throughout the property in accordance with community policies. We understand parking availability can be frustrating during peak evening hours, and we appreciate all resident feedback regarding community operations and improvements. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable living environment for our residents, and we encourage you to contact the ...office directly so any specific concerns within your apartment can be reviewed further.

The gates are always broken, they spend money on stupid stuff like donuts on Saturdays, and the pest control is a joke. They take forever to get back to you on big and small issues. And the try to charge you for rent after you move out. Yep that's right, they are trying to charge us for an extra month even though we won't be living there. And we are moving because they decided to increase our rent by $160/month! The management and office ...staff are clueless, especially Dennis, who took 1 month to get an answer about our rent increase. I had to call the office myself to be told he left a not for the other staff to inform me that the rent increase amount was correct. Now I am being told I did not give them the proper 60 days notice to vacate, I gave them 30 because they waited 30 days to tell me whether I really did have to pay and extra $160/month!! Seriously, do yourself a favor and move somewhere better!!!Read More

August 14, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comEn este condominio todo es un problema solo ven lo q les conviene,dan malas informaciones,las puertas de la entrada no tienen seguridad pues siempre están rotas y cuando reportas algún problema en el apartamento ni caso hacen en mi experiencia tuve goteras en el techo,los azulejos del baño rotos entre muchas otras cosas,espero mi opinión les sirva para q no pasen el mal rato q yo y mi familia pasamos

When people ask me what I like about Tampa so far, the first thing I mention is my apartment complex at Valencia. The staff here makes you feel very welcome. Rocio and Daniella are quick to offer assistance before I even know I need it. No issues at all so far. I'm still getting used to the heat down here and their maintenance team stops by occasionally just to make sure the AC is running. Parking is so easy. Lots of ...dogs to play with due to them being pet-friendly. Overall, if I could give 10 stars I would!Read More
Roaches.
October 30, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is infested with roaches. The apartment itself is very nice, but there are roaches literally everywhere, just came home to 9 of em on my couch, in my bathroom, in the silverware drawer, in my laundry room. Would not reccommend moving here simply because of the bug issue.

Good place for Starters
September 1, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comOverall nice apartments. Rent is relatively inexpensive compared to surrounding area which is nice. Management is great about fixing issues and very helpful with all requests. They have a pool on the complex which is great to cool off on a hot day. Also, apartments on the inside are bigger than they appear which was surprising. This is our first year and will probably stay another year.
Apartments for the right price
August 26, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI have been here for about 3 months and so far so good. Apartments are 20 min away from Tampa and 30 min away from Clearwater beach. Rent is decent and neighbors are friendly. Management is good about answering requests. Overall good place for starting out and wanting to save some money on rent every month and get a decent living.
