I love Valentina by Alta. The location, amenities, and people are great. Somehow, the community is all respectful, friendly working professionals - just what I was looking for. Its location to Waterfront Park (concerts & dog park) and local beaches is awesome.

Living at Valentina by Alta has been everything I dreamed of! Location in Little Italy near waterfront park is as good as it gets, living space is high end/comfortable, amenities are lovely, management and maintenance staff truly care about offering the best service and this community is so friendly.

I have toured many apartment communities but Valentina by Alta left a lasting impression on me! Priscilla is the best, I can tell she truly cares and I can't wait for a 1x1 to come up so I can live here! This is close to EVERYTHING and is a short commute to work for me. The walkable area is close to restaraunts and the gym being 24 hours is a plus!
