October 7, 2025All staff members are so Awesome including our Maintenance staff. Any problems with maintenance is usually taken care of promptly. It's a nice place to live in, But utilities are ridiculously high.We pay for every expense you can think of! Now it's even mandatory we have Internet for another 60 dollars a month! October 3, 2025The staff are good respectful people. The appartments however are a little run down and in need of repairs just as much as the laundry facilities. Sucks that the apartments only get fixed when people move out. The safety concerns are getting a little worse. Sadly it does not seem that company cares as much as residents do. The apartments are getting fixed cosmetically which only the outside. The bigger issues are the inside of the apartments, laundry rooms and the laundry machines.Property Manager Responded
