May 29, 2024I have been living here for the last 6 years and just signed my renewal lease for another year. Since living here I haven't had any issues either with office staff or maintenance staff. When Every I call the office I am greeted with respect and courtesy same with the maintenance staff. Work order when submitted are jumped on within a day if not sooner and always fixed the first time correctly. I would highly recommend Valley Forge suites to all my friends and family. Both Tiffany and Denise are ...both exceptional representatives of VFS and they are always willing to hellp you no matter the reason from maintance to other issues. I would and do highly recommend Valley Forge Suites.Property Manager Responded

Unbelievably Strict on Background/Credit Check
January 25, 2020If you've ever made a mistake, error in judgement or had a period of hard times that will show up as a negative mark don't waste your money on the application fee. While most renters give you a chance to explain any negative marks on a background check or credit check their parent company (Westover Companies Realty) has a policy of denying the application for any thing that they flag and will not bend or waiver from it. I worked my way up through three levels of management. Even had my US ...Congressional Representatives office contact them on my behalf. They stood firm. Of course then they "sincerely" wished me good luck.Property Manager Responded
