Great Management and nice place to live
February 12, 2019I lived here for more than 2 years already and i would love to recommend this place to all of you who are looking for an apartment in Willow Grove. The price is good and the neighbours are friendly. The reason I choose to live here is actually the property manager Ann. She is such a helpful and lovely manager here that she would respond to my request as soon as she can. It's also nice to have personal patio here. Outside the patio you can have great view for trees and grass.Property Manager Responded

Will charge $100 if you get locked out.
May 6, 2018I accidentally got locked out of my apartment with my 8 year old at night and I asked maintenance the man said that if I didn’t have $100 CASH he would not come open the door!! I told him that was ridiculous I have been living here going on 4 years and have never been locked out before we always pay out rent on time or before it it due. He said I had to give him $75 cash and give $25 to the office the next day and that was the only way he would open the door. I’m appalled that they would treat ...their tenants like this. I guess I better start looking for a new place.Property Manager Responded
June 25, 2018We do have an after hours lock out policy detailed in the lease, if the call is after 10:00 PM there is a charge for $100. The alternative is to call a locksmith which will likely cost more.

Not Like Home
May 31, 2017I lived here for close to 4 yrs. It is secluded enough but the buildings are horribly noisy! The floors are creaky with very thin walls that you hear everything your neighbors are doing including being intimate. The maintenance is ok but neighbors will tell you there is a strange black film that comes from the vents that ends up everywhere! The parking is not good and forget about good snow removal in the winter! Also, beware when you move out, they will access a 1% fee onto your security ...deposit for "Administrative fees". This is against the law but they still list it in the lease. This is a good place for young kids who don't care about a peaceful existence. But with sometimes up to 4 people in a two bedroom apartment, this place is not a peaceful home!Property Manager Responded
June 28, 2017It is unfortunate that your experience at Valley Green was disappointing. Valley Green is a lovely property set in a nice residential area. When living in an apartment community, there will be noise among neighbors, our hope is always that the the tenants are respectful, which it seems they really do try to be. Whenever any money is required to be deposited in an interest-bearing escrow savings account, in accordance with section 511.1, then the lessor shall be entitled to receive as administrative expenses, a sum equivalent to one per cent per annum upon the security money so deposited, which shall be in lieu of all other administrative and custodial expenses. So peaceful
August 29, 2015When I visited this place it felt like home from day one. The Apartment manager and I hit off from day one. She was kind and compassionate I didn't have a lot of money I had just separated from my estranged husband. I didn't have to pay the standard first month last month plus security deposit. have a huge 1 bedroom with a newly renovated bathroom, private entrance, balcony, huge kitchen.
