May 12, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived here for a year, and moving out at the end of this lease because of my job. Lots of families here, if kids bother you STEER CLEAR as they always play outside. It's frustrating to walk my dog around because people are ALWAYS just leaving their dogs outside in the fenced yard for hours on end. Stairs are a bit wonky and poorly built. These are a D.R Horton so they are unfortunately cheaply built. One time water leaked out of the bathtub and because it isn't properly sealed it leaked ...THROUGH THE GARAGE. If you have kids I imagine they can easily tear this house up. Grass between houses becomes a lake when it rains and all of the backyards dip off at the side. Staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is attentive and quick. The rent was reasonable for us as I split three ways with roommates.Read More
Genuinely Worst Place I've Ever Lived
February 16, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comOffice staff does a terrible job keeping the neighborhood in order. Trash everywhere, barking dogs, yards look terrible, and maintenance/lawn care is shoddy at best. Not to mention home quality is terrible, don't look at the paint the wrong way or it will get ruined. Stair treads coming off of stairs, leaks in the roof, and they were so cheap they didn't even put handles on the kitchen cabinets. If you are thinking about living here, simply don't.
