we are in a small town about 15 miles from town ..its a great place to live the maintained and staff all are great keeping the area mowed in the summer and in the winter and the sidewalks and walk ways cleared in the snow .. I really enjoy taking walks in the evening around the pond area. its a nice and peacefully place to live..

I've lived in my apartment complex starting back in 2006 til now. I'm a single mother of two boys and have a fixed income. I Started out in a 2 bedroom, moving to a 3 bedroom. . Both apartments are very nice with washer and dryer hook ups and water/trash paid! A very quiet community where u dont have to be afraid to take your trash out any time at night! The 2 bedrooms have a very nice storage space and the 3 bedrooms are large with 2 baths and lots of space for the amount you pay! Its a great ...
deal! Its 12 miles or less SW of Topeka! A great school district to raise your kids in! I pay $602 a month and u couldnt get this nice of apartment living in the city of Topeka at this price! If your looking for a nice apartment in a good school district and nice neighborhood than Auburn Plains Apartments is a great choice for you! :-)
