and waiting they finally decided to replace the parts and got it working. We also had a horrible storm where the rain gutter had fallen down, it was barely attached to the roof. It almost fell and hit my boyfriends car, the gutter is still hanging down and hasn't been fixed. This happened that summer and it's been about 9 months since then. The only thing they've done is wrap it with "caution" tape. When we gave our 30 day notice in early January, they told us that we would have to pay a full months rent for February. We would have only had that apartment for a week. We were renting month to month at this point, we thought that sucked, but complied. They said we would get our deposit mailed to us at the end of January since we were completely out in a week. Deposit was actually sent out in early March and when the office was called they kept saying it was in the mail. When opening the statement they took out a weeks rent even though they made us pay for a full month. (We got about half of the deposit back) When calling the office about that they said they would look into it and call us back. Never did, in fact we tried to call and left several voicemails and they never responded. We eventually just gave up. Very unprofessional staff, but you get what you pay for I guess.
