Residents may have up to two pets, which must be spade or neutered current on shots with veterinarian proof in our office. There are some breeds restrictions. There is a $350 non-refundable fee and $35 pet rent per month for each pet as well. Our application fees are just $13 per adult. There is a $350 security deposit that is fully refundable within 30 days of move out minus any move-out charges, with approved application. Tours are available Monday through Friday.
