February 24, 2026The community is always clean and taken care of. Every time I’ve had a maintenance request it’s always taken care of within 24 hours and the maintenance staff is always very nice. I love the amenities as well which make the price worth it. The only thing i will say is i wish the pool was cleaned more often. Sometimes I’d go to swim and the pool would be absolutely covered in leaves.Property Manager Responded

February 22, 2026I have lived here for over a year now and will be renewing my lease. The new management team has solved the problems of the package room with an efficient system. The gym could be better if they swapped out machines that hardly get used for more treadmills or a stair stepper but great balance of weights, machines, and cardio. Unfortunately, some tenants let their children play unsupervised in the yoga studio which ends up getting trashed with food and clothes which is very frustrating. So far the ...pros outweigh the cons and the pool is nice to have in the summer.Property Manager Responded

February 1, 2026I have been a resident since March,2003. Needless to say I must like it. I came here after I sold my home in Radnor, PA There Have been many have been many management teams with a mixture of positive and negative. I have to say in this whole group of new staff I am highly impressed. From office management to maintenance Their people skills are on a high level. Congratulations to the new team. January 24, 2026Recently celebrated my 23-year anniversary here after moving from North Wilmington. Overall my experience has been very positive. My neighbors have changed a lot through the years, naturally some are better than others. You're always going to have a few who are inconsiderate but that's to be expected. My apartment has everything I need as far as appliances, closet and storage space, and is convenient to where I shop and my medical providers and parking has never been a problem for me.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2026I loke how the staff is taking time to get to know the residents by having events such as a meet and greet and wine down Wednesday. These give everyone a chance meet staff and neighbors but also a chance to talk and share things with each other.Property Manager Responded
