The VALO Offers a different quality of living. The building is always clean throughout inside and out. The staff is always attentive to your request. The neighbors are all so friendly and helpful. Poorly Managed
January 5, 2022
The leasing office is hard to deal with -- when I was ready to sign the lease, the person I was working with changed the number on the "rent" line and couldn't explain why it was different. Turns out that it was rent + parking + pet rent, which another person in the office was able to tell me after repeated calls. But this reflects their incompetence overall. They also mismanage packages regularly. Technically they're managed by LuxorOne, but it reflect VERY poorly on the property. I have ...
numerous times received false package notifications, and my packages have been lost in the room. I have also emailed the office about being out of town and unable to pick up my packages, but have gotten no response and those packages were never to be found.

Living at Valo has been a great experience. Its very dog friendly, concierge service is spectacular and its always clean! My apartment is beautiful and maintenance has been on top of it lately. My only complaints are that we do not receive alerts when there are crime activities near the area and the length of time it took for the garage doors to be repaired. We pay a lot to live here and safety is #1 priority within a community. I havent had issues personally, however I do not feel safe walking ...
around the block or to the grocery store at night.

Valo is clean, chic, and luxurious. I love the floorplan I have (1BR with a den and balcony) and the views from up high. I love that there's a pool on the 9th floor AND a rooftop hangout with additional lounge chairs and space. I appreciate the Luxer package system, which allows me to retrieve my packages any time of day or night. It's great living here.
