Top Notch
December 30, 2023I have lived at Van Buren Place for a little over 3 months and have some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in apartment living. Friendly “hellos” each time you see a staff member and you can tell they genuinely care when they ask how you’re doing. They recently had a hot chocolate bar and gift wrapping station set up for the holiday, super cute! Looking forward to the rest of my lease here and hopefully more!Property Manager Responded

Beautiful and Safe Community
December 1, 2020I had a wonderful time at Van Buren Place during my 2 years there. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen appliances were great! Jen and Jodi, the property managers, are very kind people and very knowledgeable and helpful for any questions I had throughout my time. They were very friendly and were always ready to wave hello from their offices as I passed by to go to the fitness center. Amazing apartment, community, and amenities!
June 7, 2020Since August of 2017, I have been living at Van Buren Place and could not recommend it enough. The property is always extremely well taken care of, the outdoor pool is outstanding, and the property manager/maintenance is extremely responsive. I have never submitted a maintenance request that has not been handled within 24 hours. I often shock people when I tell them how much I pay in rent in comparison to the amenities that I receive as a renter: water, trash, outdoor pool, community grills and ...sitting areas, full cardio and strength center, heated underground parking, and a storage locker. If you're single, a couple, or a small family and are looking for a high-quality place to live in one of the best neighborhoods in Sun Prairie look no further than Van Buren Place.Property Manager Responded

Great Apartment, community & neighborhood!
March 28, 2020I have lived here for a little over 2 years, going on 3 years. I love it here and so do my kids. They are unable to disclose the demographics of their residents, so I will :) This community seems to be most young professionals, adults, retirees, and some families; not the rowdy crowd. My apartment is great; no issues and I don’t hear my neighbors despite living on the first floor. The community is very quite and those that I’ve met are friendly. It’s a great location close to everything, yet ...tucked in a wonderful neighborhood. The property manager, Jen, is great and so is Jodi. Have had only a few minor work orders over the years which is amazing, and they have been completed in a timely manner. I have no complaints. Best apartment I have lived in!Property Manager Responded

August 12, 2015-Apartments are newly built and the interior is quite spacious, with options of 2 bedroom available. -Multiple storage areas (w/underground storage), underground parking, newly paved parking lot, and street parking. - Full on-site gym, pool area, gazebo, courtyard, and well maintained clubhouse for small parties. - Maintenance is available 24 hours and easily reachable during urgent situations. -Pet friendly and surrounded by parks. - Walking distance from Middle school and few mins from ...High School. -Minutes away from Madison, shopping mall, Theatre, University, lakes, Hospital, restaurants, and two major interstates. -Full on-site gym and YMCA located 5 mins away. - Community is mostly young couples or families so always see familiar faces around at the pool or the gym. - Backdoor entry is right next to parking lot, so definitely helped when we moved in and when we unload groceries! - Turnover rate is low and we were lucky to get this on on the ground floor - Great recommendation from my co-worker and probably the best ones we've stayed at for the price.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
