Great studio apartment that is more spacious and feels larger than the floor plan displays. Friendly neighbors and work out facility with sauna to relax in. Love the club house to host gatherings. Convenient location for all needs and to Madison.

I have lived at Van Buren Place for a little over 3 months and have some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in apartment living. Friendly “hellos” each time you see a staff member and you can tell they genuinely care when they ask how you’re doing. They recently had a hot chocolate bar and gift wrapping station set up for the holiday, super cute! Looking forward to the rest of my lease here and hopefully more!

Jen and Jodi, the property managers, are very kind people and very knowledgeable and helpful for any questions I had throughout my time. Since August of 2017, I have been living at Van Buren Place and could not recommend it enough. The property is always extremely well taken care of, the outdoor pool is outstanding, and the property manager/maintenance is extremely responsive. I have never submitted a maintenance request that has not been handled within 24 hours.
I often shock people when I tell them how much I pay in rent in comparison to the amenities that I receive as a renter: water, trash, outdoor pool, community grills and ...

They are unable to disclose the demographics of their residents, so I will :) This community seems to be most young professionals, adults, retirees, and some families; not the rowdy crowd. My apartment is great; no issues and I don’t hear my neighbors despite living on the first floor. The community is very quite and those that I’ve met are friendly. - Maintenance is available 24 hours and easily reachable during urgent situations.

-Minutes away from Madison, shopping mall, Theatre, University, lakes, Hospital, restaurants, and two major interstates.
-Full on-site gym and YMCA located 5 mins away.

- Turnover rate is low and we were lucky to get this on on the ground floor
