    Would not recommend especially if you’re already in a tough spot

    Bout time I rant again: Van el apartments in indianola 1 out of 10 would not recommend. I have seen them screw numerous tenants out of money. I recently got my deposit “ back.” I called every day for a week to argue the amount. I just kept getting told that they’d call me back when there was someone I could speak to. What I got back was 115$ out of 400$. My apartment was always kept in pristine because I have severe OCD. I’ve had nothing but issue after issue. With people coming into my apartment ...
    without notice. I even came in one day after they came in to “check on the sinks” and my floor cleaner was pushed over and spilling all over my kitchen! I immediately Called poison control for my cat and had to deal with those bills. As well as Having me deal with no heater for 3 of the coldest months of the year and I foot the 400$ electric bill. Because they didn’t come fix it in a timely manner. When they “cleaned” the apartment across the hall from me. It was left open for weeks. One day I came home and the whole building was full of smoke and smelt like an electrical fire. I opened the door across the hall on the other apartment. The oven had been left on “clean” I immediately shut it off and I opened all the windows and patio door and I call the landlord to let her know. Her response was ok we’ll send someone over when we can..... ok YOUR WELCOME first of all and second of all you could’ve burnt the building down. ? All in all live anywhere else friends
