The problems showing up in these reviews have been going on for a while and aren't getting fixed. Hallway carpets are worn and stained beyond cleaning at this point and need to be replaced. Walls haven't been painted in years, entry doors have peeling paint. Pool just opened for the season and they couldn't be bothered to clean the tile before filling it. It feels like at some point the people running this place just decided upkeep wasn't worth their time anymore. Trash and cigarette butts are a ...

I really appreciate you taking the time to share this, even though it’s tough to read, especially hearing that you’ve gone from feeling proud to live here to feeling embarrassed. That’s not lost on us. As our buildings are getting closer to the 10-year mark, we’re running into larger-scale maintenance and cosmetic items that simply didn’t exist in the earlier years. Things like hallway carpet replacement, repainting, and general wear are on our radar but they’re also projects that have to be planned, budgeted, and phased rather than fixed all at once. We do conduct regular property walks, but I understand your point—if the results aren’t visible, it doesn’t feel like enough. That’s fair, and it’s something we’re actively working to improve, both in how we track issues and how quickly we respond to them. Some of the items you mentioned, like refreshing common areas and addressing worn finishes, are already part of our upcoming plans. I know that doesn’t fix how things look today, but ...

It's a shame as this place identifies as a luxury complex and charges accordingly. There is trash/litter everywhere, especially in the dog park area. A tidy fee is charged to have a dog yet the dog poop stations are forever out of poop bags and the bins overflowing - which might explain the insane amount of dog poo all around the property. Burned out light bulbs in common areas take over a week for replacement. Maybe if management did a walk around the property every now and then, they'd notice ...

For those expecting the sparkling pool area pictured, prepare to be let down. Chunks of tile have fallen off the inside of the pool and they didn't bother to replace them before filling up the pool and opening for the season.

Toured this property recently and was surprised it was so dated for the rent they charge. Hallway carpets need to be cleaned or replaced, and the outdoor common areas looked really worn and dirty. With competition coming up in the area I will look at other options.

Upkeep and maintenance of amenities has really gone downhill this year. Pool was clearly not cleaned before filled and is often filled with leaves. Courtyard furniture is dirty and decorative lanterns, etc, have been broken for months but not removed or repaired.
