August 5, 2020Samuel is a quality manager. He is always willing to help out, for example, with packages coming when I am out of town. One time, Amazon left my package sitting on the outside door of the Alder building. I called Samuel(I was at work ) and he took care of getting my package inside and delivered to my apt.
