I really like living here. The amenities are great. My only concern is the parking. There’s too many vehicles & too few parking spots. The rules aren’t enforced.

Been here for a year. Great location. It is a quiet community. The staff is GREAT! The only problem is that there is not enough parking. It is almost impossible for me to get a parking spot when I get off work around 11:00pm.

I've absolutely enjoyed my experience here at Vantage Pointe. Amazing maintenance staff, and great ladies in the office. Parking isn't the best but I don't think there is anything the apartment can do about that.

I work 12 plus hours a day and get home around midnight. When I get to the apartment complex there are no parking places. I have to walk from the other side of the complex to my apartment. I think I would be better off parking down the street. That's what it feels like. I've been here for a year and nothing has changed on parking. Other than that, it's a nice place to live. The staff is GREAT.

We just moved in from Bellevue West apartments. Everything here is SOOOO much better. Except maybe the weird safety outlets and the door slamming when you don't catch it before it closes.

I’ve lived here for over 10 years. Most of the time it’s been great. I have good neighbors. The parking can be a problem. The complex is getting older & needs some attention (landscaping, security lighting, cleaning, etc)

Ive only lived here for a few days, but I really like it! Not too loud, not too quiet. Lots of families so it feels like home for me. Only issues are the parking, and the smell in the apartment i moved into.

I enjoy living here, but the parking situation can be really challenging at times. I’m close to all the amenities (office, mailbox, trash compactor, pool, exercise room). I wish the landscaping was in better condition.
