I’ve had a solid experience at Vantage at Fair Oaks. It’s a newer property, it’s kept up well, and the location is hard to beat if you need to get in and out of Boerne or over to I-10.
What stands out to me is that it’s generally quiet and feels safe — you don’t get a lot of nonsense, which goes a long way. The management team has been straightforward and responsive when I’ve needed something, and the place overall is run the way you’d expect it to be.
No place is perfect, but this one checks ...
the boxes that matter. If you’re looking in this area and want something that’s well-maintained without a lot of headaches, it’s a good option.

Never thought I would feel safe in an apartment. Wrong! I feel totally safe at Vantage at Fair Oaks. I also appreciate the community feeling of my building. I have created relationships with office personnel and always feel welcomed.

The location and ambience can't be beat, rural setting quiet and peaceful. lots of big oak trees and wildlife. It also has all the amenities you could want and the staff and maintenance are great. The other tenants are friendly good people, even the children are good kids. My only beef is too many add-on fees.

Deal with weed smoke with no help from office. Other than that it is a good place, wish it was as quiet and quaint as it was when it first opened. Didn't have to deal with weed smoking neighbors every night and trash pickup is inconsistent. Not a bad place just has issues with no real resolve.

We have been here nearly 2 years now and have not had any issues! The amenity center is great and the pool is perfect during the summer. The complex itself is very clean and great to walk around! Everyone is friendly
