Deal with weed smoke with no help from office. Other than that it is a good place, wish it was as quiet and quaint as it was when it first opened. Didn't have to deal with weed smoking neighbors every night and trash pickup is inconsistent. Not a bad place just has issues with no real resolve.

We have been here nearly 2 years now and have not had any issues! The amenity center is great and the pool is perfect during the summer. The complex itself is very clean and great to walk around! Everyone is friendly

Complex is fairly quite, friendly neighbors. Amenities are not too bad gym, equipment could be a smidge bit better or have a little bit more variety. Complex does not have speed bumps so you'll occasionally see some people flying through the complex. Pet waste still seems to be an issue. Construction for these apartments were done very quickly noticeable imperfections in the units.

This way overdue, I hope y'all forgive me. I fell on March 6 th and broke my leg badly, it required surgery. I spent 3 weeks in the hospital and 3 weeks in the rehab facility. Our maintenance, office staff and neighbors, some of whom I don't know, took care of my dog, Twinkle from the moment the ambulance took me at 6am until I got home 6 weeks later. I was not able to ask for help. they just stepped up and did it. They could have sent her away but they did not. What an incredible blessing to ...
