April 2, 2026I’ve had a solid experience at Vantage at Fair Oaks. It’s a newer property, it’s kept up well, and the location is hard to beat if you need to get in and out of Boerne or over to I-10. What stands out to me is that it’s generally quiet and feels safe — you don’t get a lot of nonsense, which goes a long way. The management team has been straightforward and responsive when I’ve needed something, and the place overall is run the way you’d expect it to be. No place is perfect, but this one checks ...the boxes that matter. It also has all the amenities you could want and the staff and maintenance are great. The other tenants are friendly good people, even the children are good kids. January 6, 2026Deal with weed smoke with no help from office. Other than that it is a good place, wish it was as quiet and quaint as it was when it first opened.
