I actually really love this apartment complex. I just moved in in December 2025 and everything was such a smooth process and the leasing agent. Yani is the best. But I have notice that people drive really crazy here, and they like read up their engines and speed through the parking lot and I was walking my to the car to go to school, and somebody almost hit us with their car. I have called the cops multiple times because people are super loud in the middle of the night. I mean they were rubbing ...

When we first moved in this March, things were great. The management at the time were kind and informative and easily reachable. Now, the new management does not communicate via email or the Loft app so we miss information all of the time. The paper notices are okay but seems rather wasteful. I’m giving 3 stars now because while we absolutely LOVE our corner apartment, the experience has gone down hill. There is trash constantly blowing in our yard or in the main grassy areas and no one picks it ...

up. I actually got tired of it and picked it up myself. Our top floor neighbors are constantly throwing cigarettes butts in our yard on a daily basis. The 2nd floor neighbors stomp around all hours of the night where our 7 year old is constantly waking up. Our 3rd floor neighbors have tires and blankets out on their patio, looking extremely trashy. The environment has gone down hill since we moved in. The last management took pride in keeping the grounds clean and everything nice. Not anymore

Clean and safe neighborhood. The community pool is overused most of the time. I believe the tenants' guests are not being checked properly. My experience with maintenance is a bit off because the action to my request is not that good. It was reported resolved in the platform, when in reality it wasn't. The gym must be upgraded. Very slow about maintenance calls. Leave trash cans, with trash, of other people who have moved out already outside for months. Make you pay for pest control but pest control never comes. They have a really bad problem with ants and some big roaches. Pool is always closed.
