December 20, 2025When we first moved in this March, things were great. The management at the time were kind and informative and easily reachable. Now, the new management does not communicate via email or the Loft app so we miss information all of the time. The paper notices are okay but seems rather wasteful. I’m giving 3 stars now because while we absolutely LOVE our corner apartment, the experience has gone down hill. There is trash constantly blowing in our yard or in the main grassy areas and no one picks it ...up. I actually got tired of it and picked it up myself. Our top floor neighbors are constantly throwing cigarettes butts in our yard on a daily basis. The 2nd floor neighbors stomp around all hours of the night where our 7 year old is constantly waking up. Our 3rd floor neighbors have tires and blankets out on their patio, looking extremely trashy. October 21, 2025Clean and safe neighborhood. The community pool is overused most of the time. I believe the tenants' guests are not being checked properly. My experience with maintenance is a bit off because the action to my request is not that good. It was reported resolved in the platform, when in reality it wasn't. The gym must be upgraded. There were no barbells or dumbbells, which is typical for a community gym. Also, I've noticed that the gym is accessible to everyone even if they are not ...residents/tenants. I believe this can be a safety concern. I have been a resident for two years now, and the first year was excellent. October 20, 2025Very slow about maintenance calls. Leave trash cans, with trash, of other people who have moved out already outside for months. Make you pay for pest control but pest control never comes. They have a really bad problem with ants and some big roaches. Pool is always closed.Review from Apartments.com

September 8, 2025The attention to tenants is getting worse and unprofessional. The person who works at the office is rude. When you call to report a problem in the department, she doesn't treat customers politely and hangs up. Needless to say, this same review goes for all Vantagge Att Hutto websites and social networks. September 8, 2025Lamentablemente pésimo ya, no recomiendo vivir ya en este conjunto, porque hicieron cambios en la oficina y este nuevo personal son mal educadas, groseras, nunca dicen nada, ya no nos comunican ningún cambio o horario que hacen y lo otro es que se nos dañó la lavadora y dice que la solución es ir a lavar a Round Rock, como es posible que uno pagando un alquiler puntual o antes de la fecha y le digan eso a uno, ni siquiera se toman el tiempo de ver y querer solucionarlo, solo dice que hay que ...esperar 6 semanas y hasta más.
