Great Place to live
October 24, 2025I moved in September 2019. We stayed until September 2025. Our family of four out grew the place but definitely will cherish the memories. I loved the location and how close it is to everything, great schools and great parks. The office staff and maintenance were always helpful. The gym is amazing !!! April 8, 2023I applied and received a pre approval the same day . I submitted requested information and within two days I got an approval . Victoria was simply amazing and everyone who answered my calls or questions or emails . My apartment is beautiful really gives a home feel . My move in was an easy process I arrived early than expected they accommodated me . I rescued a welcome gift and folder with all Information the gift bag was amazing it had starter essentials. Vasari Apartment
August 12, 2022I lived at Vasari for four years hated I had to move for personal reasons, Jennifer and the office staff are always there to help they are awesome!! Anytime I had and issue they would jump on it and resolve it right away. Yes parking is limited but that’s not the managers fault. Jennifer and staff always had things like movies in the park or pool, wine tasting. Covid had a lot to do with all our party’s coming to an end. Horrible parking
December 27, 2021Horrible parking. Green spaces are full of poop. Smelly bathrooms (they mask the smell with nice fragrance when we moved which we later realized that the smell was coming from the tub drain).Review from Apartments.com
Poor Security
November 28, 2021This apartment is not secured at all, my bike got stolen from my apartment and non-residents can get inside the apartment anytime. I witnessed a person setting a fire in the trash and when my friend went to stop him, he almost got killed as the non-resident showed him a knife. I would suggest getting an apartment elsewhere other than Vasari, as they don't provide services equivalent to the amount they charge.Review from Apartments.com
A lovely place to live and...
October 28, 2021It is incredibly quiet here after 9 PM. At 10:00 PM it seems like everyone is asleep. Never a loud party and the property manager, Jennifer does an outstanding job of choosing qualifying tennants. I have lived in apartments most of my life and never one this size as quiet and safe. I just read about the horrific pool event and who could ever anticipate that this would happen. This is clearly not Vasari's fault and people should stop blaming the office. My only complaint is the ...construction that I see now after reading other reviews here some tenants have experienced. The lack of weatherproof is considerable but would not deter me from selecting Vasari as a safe nice place to live. Everyone living here that I have met are all friendly and considerate - definitely a great place for families.Property Manager Responded

Disappointed office
April 24, 2019The staff of their office are really hard to work with. They barely know anything so they go ask their manager all the time when you ask them a question. Or if they are not, they give you a unpleasant attitude and tell you there's nothing they could do. When the problem is unsolved, the staff ignores you and just look away when you are waiting there, finally I came to the front and ask if she has time, her original word is " what do you want?" When "Luxury" Meets Gunfire
July 31, 2018On 6/30/18, six hooded people entered the back gate from the neighborhood next door, fired multiple gunshots at a pool party, and ran back out the same gate to leave. Other neighbors I spoke with stated they've complained to the office multiple times in the past about that back gate, and that night was the result of weeks/months of inactivity of solving/preventing a problem. A unit in my building was hit with multiple bullets from the gunfire last night. Had someone been in their kitchen, they ...could have been injured or killed. The insult to everyone is - instead of actually addressing everyone's security concerns regarding what happened last night, or what they may be doing to prevent it, they instead only sent out a message regarding the "pool being closed today" so they can clean it up. When they did finally address it, they stated they had not approved the gathering at the pool. While that contradicts what was stated by both the police and their own security service, they either are not being truthful and were ill prepared to host a party that size, or anyone can take over the pool area because the security team has zero authority to do anything about it. On top of that, the unit we moved into seemed completely rushed. The floor in our living room was raised, the ice maker doesn't work, it's missing light shades that are "unique" to the apartment, there are gaps in the weatherstripping in the upstairs and downstairs doors, the floors are uneven with multiple gaps in the baseboards, and the building (Stucco) has multiple cracks already. If I were the property manager, I wouldn't have approved the unit fit for rental until these issues were fixed. They currently only have one person hired to the maintenance staff. He's super nice, but you can tell he's overworked and he's trying to clear up about three weeks worth of old maintenance requests. Not a fault of his at all. It doesn't appear that the complex has its tenants best interests, or safety, in mind. Unfortunately, I'm in a lease here for another 10 months. If I were you, I'd look elsewhere to rent.
