We lived at Vecina for three wonderful years, but then made the wrong choice to move to another apartment for a year. Honestly, my family and I missed Vecina every single day. Moving away was a huge mistake, and I am so incredibly happy that we have finally come back home!Returning to Vecina feels like coming back to where we belong. Wishing the complex can be more clean outside. There are no umbrellas at the pool anymore. Two chairs are missing from the firepit in front of building one. Its congested there and can't walk up steps through the bbq pit area. The lights at dog park, in front of building one and at gym pool area are all out. Gym is always dirty. Just wished there can be some change to all this

I would say that overall it is a quiet place, pretty safe. There is a nice swimming pool, with several grills with an outdoor and indoor game area. The gym is larger than other apartment buildings where I used to live. The gym has multiple machines and equipment. Several TVs in the lobby and indoor game area. Pool table and other amenities.

love loving at vecina! I have been here for 3 years and we love it. we’ve lived in a 1, 2, and 3 bedroom. It’s so nice that be able to upgrade when we need it!

Vecina Apartment Villas will tow your vehicle without warning and will not help recover towing fees, even if your placard falls upon your car floor. No towing warning ls given.

Very nice community, quite, and feels secured enough. The only issue is that it is not gated. Apartment is nice and functions to my expectations. Office staff is nice and professional. Maintenance is very helpful, strongly recommended to use the app. They reply quite fast, and if you have questions they will answer to you. Security officer always contacts you within 10 minutes approximately. common areas look very nice. I enjoy using the gym, is clean and spacious.
