elevator doesn't work and they don't care
January 29, 2023I have been living here for 10 months, several times I was unable to use the elevator because it was not working. This month is the worst of all, we are without elevator practically the whole month. When they rented the apartment to me, they said it was a luxury condominium with an elevator and several other amenities, justifying the price. I'm struggling to get up and down with heavy stuff every day and paying full rent. At first, the administration doesn't care much, I'm trying to resolve it ...amicably. The entire Veer team was changed, Emerson and Sandra are no longer part of the team, they were so praised and good for the residents. Updating... Even showing how bad it is for my family to live here with this constantly broken elevator, the veer administration didn't care and said they won't do anything. Basically they said that this is my problem and that I have to pay everything and pay all the fines if I want to leave early. May 29, 2022After looking at several locations in central Florida that all had similar state of the art amenities and apartments/layouts. We chose Veer due the outstanding customer love that we experienced from day one. It was very clear that the management team and front office staff truly care about the residents who call Veer Apartments their home. Emerson truly made our experience and application process pleasurable. He was courteous and friendly and efficient and responsive to all of our needs and ...questions. Totally knocked it out the park for sure!!! Sandra was always available and knowledgeable during the process and offered her assistance for any and all things. Eric has such a warm and welcoming approach while conducting business and puts his special twist on things to personalize your experience. Only if you don't need your security deposit back
May 17, 2022Changed owners weeks after I moved in. Just moved out and move out walk thru stated perfect condition. Days later I received a bill because they want to replace the carpet (does not need to be replaced, I have pictures to prove this and I had heard they were replacing the carpet regardless and charging the ex-residents). Before deciding to move out, I had to ask more than once about terms of a new lease only to discover they do not offer current residents any type of discount to stay - the new ...rent was the same as those for new residents. My Experience at VEER Apartments
January 24, 2022I moved at the VEER Apartment in December for employment. Starting a new position is stressful enough as it is; moving to a new place not knowing what to expect is stress on top of stress. The VEER Apartment Staff unanimously made me feel welcome. It is like they rolled the red carpet. The apartment was ready on the time they projected. I fell in love with the facility. Erik and the manager, Sandra made me feel right at home. After inspecting the place, I found a couple of issues. The ...maintenance crew was on top of it in a jiffy. I love it at the VEER Apartments. They have a spinning room joined to an exercise facility. The grounds are well-kept too.Property Manager Responded
