April 17, 2019I moved here against everyone advice they said it had rats roaches staff is unfriendly etc. But you know what I've experienced friendly accommodating staff . When I moved in this month I had several problems with the unit but guess what when I give them the problem they get right on fixing it. They're kind n understanding. This is my first home alone n I'm loving it and Venetian Hills staff is making my dream come true . Thank you Mrs Carol and Mrs W and maintenance. September 29, 2017First let me mention that this place is literally in the middle of the forest and up a steep hill. I scheduled a 2pm viewing of the apartment wich was confirmed via text from the complex. When I arrived five minutes early no one was in the office. I called the number that texted me and the man said the person was at lunch and would be there in five minuets. I waited and no one showed. After ten minutes of waiting I called the number again and the man told me he was at a corprate meeting and had ...no idea where the person is and put me on hold. If someone makes an appoint regardless of if they show up early someone should be there to adhear to that appointment.
