        I'm happy living at Venetian Isle. The place is so well maintained. The pool area has just been renewed, which is beautiful. But, what's most important is the Administration, they all are very kind. They keep creating new activities, and almost every day, they get different food trucks to come over.

        This is the third unit we have stayed in Venetian Isle. We moved from the west compound to the east compound. When I tell the staff(s) what's going not so right, if there's no corrective action taken I will simply stop telling again. I suggested the communication panel should be transparent and viewed by Greystar top management.

        The Venetian is a wonderful condominium. Its location is its strong point. Very well located with several options to meet the residents' needs, from supermarkets to bank agencies. The interior space of the apartments is also amazing. The balcony is the highlight of the apartment, a very positive aspect of the experience of living at the Venetian. One point to lament is the maintenance team, which is not always helpful. They take a long time to respond to requests and make no effort to ...
        communicate with those who do not speak their language. As for the apartment, ours is old, with areas that could have been renovated, such as the internal mechanism of the toilets, which always leaks water and causes a huge waste. Anyway, these are points to be adjusted, but they do not affect our positive evaluation of the quality of the condominium. We still believe we made an excellent decision when we moved to the Venetian and recommend it to everyone.
