It's been okay.
April 5, 2019I've lived here almost 2 years and at first everything was fine but into my 2nd year living here my car was broken into, the roof in our apartment leaked in several areas of the living room, the price of rent goes up every few months and now they want to try to charge tenants for utilities as well. The apartments themselves are nice inside and out but management is pretty much non existent, maintenance guys have been helpful though.Review from Apartments.com
Too much crime
January 31, 2019Just know that if you plan to live here your car will be broken into, stolen, or you will walk out one morning to it on blocks with no tires or wheels. Ask anyone currently living here. Staff is RUDE!!! Will blame you for their lack of security and gates.Review from Apartments.com
THIS PLACE DESERVES ZERO STARS
January 30, 2019WORST PLACE IVE EVER LIVED! I’ve lived here for about over a year and my car has gotten broken into 4 times. In one night 23 cars had gotten broken into. This place has no security at all. “Laura” one of the ladies who work in the leasing office has no customer relation skills. She has a really condescending attitude. Told her about the break ins situation and she pretty much just brushed me off. Spoke to her supervisor “Coby” and she really isn’t to far from Laura. The management here isn’t ...professional at all. I’ve spoke to a lot of the other residents here in Venetian park, and each and every one of them feel the exact same way. There is a lot of problems with this apartment complex, if I was to list everything I would be typing all day. But from experience DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH VENETIAN PARK!!! April 17, 2016It is quiet around this area, but there has been cases where cars get broken into and home invasions. I think they should set up cameras because it has been ongoing for 10 years. I do not appreciate the fact maintenance who lives here gets to park their 5 cars they have all over the streets and in some one else's parking spot if no one is renting at the moment. There's a big greenish car and purple van that has been parking for three weeks in front parking and hasn't moved taking up space for ...people who do live here and drive everyday to work and back.
