super rude on phone
February 10, 2020I don't know about you, but as a woman who has a credit score of 824 and makes over 300K a year who just wanted to rent a cute apartment for a friend to stay in for 7 months, I find it really rude to be called honey, dear, sweetheart and other diminutive descriptors on the phone when trying to get information. Not cute. Not professional. Yes, I realize renting a property is not like buying a gallon of milk at Publix. I just wanted some basic info such as availability and square footage. April 25, 2019I have been and seen other buildings in the area and i must say that the the apartment is very well maintained. The management staff is superb, the cleaning staff is always doing its best to keep the building spotless and the front desk personnel is very respectful and courteous. January 17, 2016Don't waist your time, I drove to the address and the street doesn't even get that far in numeration, the las building in this street is 2700. I'm surprised NO realty sites have checked this out... Whats the point of listing a property that doesn't exist is you ask..... I don't know! terrible staff
June 2, 2014I went in for a showing for this apartment. The staff at renters paradise is horrible the lady I spoke to Gigi circles around every question I asked couldn't give a straight answer about the apartment. I was told there was nothing available and there was a waiting list for the apartment when I asked if I could be put on the waiting list she told me it was full. Really? Frustrated
April 15, 2013I have called three different numbers to ask questions about the property to no avail. All I want to do is ask how much the fees are and deposit for pets, and I keep getting told to call back one month prior to moving. I live out of state and am simply trying to compare prices.
