There has been a great change since new management has taken over. Communication with the front office has been a great turn around. The maintenance team does a good job at trying to keep up the appearance of the apartments. I been here over a year and it’s truly a good place to live. My kids and I appreciate it so hopefully you would to. Great layout and spacious.

Don’t Waste Your Time

I was advised the application process begins by submitting the application online, then you would be contacted. Lies. I allowed some time to pass for my application to be reviewed but still did not receive a call back. I contacted and stated I submitted an application but haven’t been contacted and the woman rudely stated we haven’t gotten to it yet. Months later they still have not gotten to it yet so waste of time, waste of time.

The worst living experience, ever!

Zero stars. This apartment complex will take all your fees and move you in and after that you on your own. They don’t fix anything or replace anything. All of the appliances are painted over. The complex is full of roaches and bedbugs. I went without ac for over a month with no proration of rent. They did not care, as long as your not late on the rent. Your problem however you sleep. Then they gave me a portable ac that leaked out into my carpet and my house smells like mildew. But they knew this ...

for over a month and won’t come fix anything. The health department need to be more involved with complex. And their corporate managers don’t care either. They only see that you didn’t pay your rent.

Worst Property Manager Ever

The worst customer service ever. Online states that the application fee is $50, but in person it’s actually $75. The property manager is very unprofessional, clearly she’s uneducated about the rental process. This company needs to invest in a property manager SOON!!! She’s doing a lot of shady business on the side within these apartments, everyone doesn’t go through the entire process if you knows her personally & I think that’s unfair. Sharon needs to be fired!!!

I lived for I year there...these people don't let you know about late fees after 2 months so they can get your money...every day they charged 5 dollars...They didn't call me. two months later after I payed my rent late they stick a note on my door that I had to pay almost 200$$... they stole your money on lates fees....

I've been I n Venice Cove for 5yrs, it went from ok to good to a headache, it's like they let anyone move over there, they speed through the parking lot, play loud music, you can barely park in front of your door,people hit your car and leave, kids sitting on your cars,on your steps, banging on walls, roaches because your neighbors are nasty and dirty, trash all over the place,it was time for me to go and don't ever expect a deposit back ,it'll never happen..well they have new management ...

effective 2016 so hopefully it goes back to how it was before they start letting anyone move over there

We love living in South Florida but it can get pricey fast! We moved from boca to Fort Lauderdale because of prices, the new community where we stay at is a great place! It's a low income community with the amenities of a regular community! Because of health issues my mom has been out of work for more than two years, being a full time student with loans my dad takes care of everything and winning this would help us all so much, but mostly I would really love for my dad to spend atleast some ...

weekend at home relaxing instead of working.

This is a nice community clean have had no problems. Staff could be more diligent in responding for the needs of the residents. Pretty busy neighborhood a lot of hanging out but the residents are friendly.

I went the process gave them all my information and my application fee plus the holding of the place. They had all my information and Anatasia was very nice however when it was time for me to move in the A.C. unit had broken. I was given two more different move in dates and after waiting 4 days to hear back from the them no one ever called me back and let me know if my apartment was ready. I even called the following Monday and didn't get a response. I never got a chance to view then but I heard ...

they were nice minus the fact the walls were too then and you could hear the neighbors thru the walls.
