February 1, 2023The second I drove through the complex I fell in love with the lake. Michelle and everyone at the office have been fantastic to work with. Giving Away Units
August 22, 2022Even if you apply the same day that you hear that a unit is available, good luck. They are impossible to get a hold of, even if you email to be on their wait list and get confirmation that you are on it. No information about getting about getting my admin fee back (which is refundable) after my apartment getting pulled out from underneath me with no follow up from the property. If you want to make sure you are finding a place and that it will actually be yours, look elsewhere. Beautiful and ...affordable place, but unfortunate staff and management. I have time-stamped emails showing everything, but they did not care.Property Manager Responded

It takes a village !
November 10, 2017Please allow me to thank the great community of Vantanna at the Lake for being such a great place to live!! The staff is knowledgeable and very kind. I'm a transplant from Atlanta to take a job in Hendersonville. 2 weeks later I was severely injured at that said job . Through my multiple surgeries and great recovery my AMAZING neighbors have : changed my flat tires , baby sat my young sons ( I'm a single father) so I could get MRI"s snd supervised my sons at the pool since I couldn't submerge ...my hand. The maintenance team is top flight and the property is absolutely stunning ! Great place to live.
August 1, 2017Have been here a month and it's been great. The lady's in the office are always helpfull with any questions or concerns that I have had. Living on the lake is a great thing for me, even that I don't have a lake view it's only two minutes to the lake front. It's great being able to walk down and fish off the dock or take my Kayak out in the bay. Yes the apartments are older and can be a little noisy at times from a floor creeks. So what I will suck it up because seeing deer on the property, ...hearing the boats on the lake is music to my ears.My last apartment had nothing to offer like Ventana on the lake does. Awesome, RENT HERE!
June 21, 2017I currently rent at Ventana at the Lake and it is an awesome apartment complex, it is about the cheapest yet safest place to live. Yes, there are some faults, but none that are of the managers, I have presented the problems and are taken care of, I have not had any issues with the flooring or anything. If I need maintenance, I put in a maintenance request and they are there as soon as possible. And security is quick and efficient as well. They are still doing some renovations and always revamping ...the property to be better. They are also very pet friendly and will work with you if you need help. My credit was/is horrible and they worked with me on that as well. If there was a downfall, it's that the bedroom does not have a light, yet, nothing that a lamp won't help! I love that it's on the lake, that it feels tucked away on the peninsula and that you have to have the intentions of being there and not just accidentally end up there. This is a complex that is good for a family, the school system, especially Walton Ferry Elementary is awesome, my son loves attending school there and that is a lot to say, because at the past two schools that my son has attended he has had issues. December 11, 2015MY SON AND HIS ROOMMATES APARTMENT HAD MOLD WHEN THEY MOVED IN OF AUGUST 25, 2015 IN THE BATH ROOM ON THE CEILING TILE. THEY ATTEND LINCOLN TECH. TOLD MANAGEMENT ABOUT IT AUGUST 26TH, LIARS! DID NOT TAKE CARE OF THE MOLD REMOVAL AND THE PIPE LEAKING IN CEILING UNTIL NOVEMBER 3, 2015. I WENT TO APARTMENT NOVEMBER 4, SOON AS I WALKED IN, I STARTED COUGHING REAL BAD. I WENT OFF THE THE COLLEGIATE MANAGER AND MANAGEMENT AT VENTANA.I TOLD THEM IF THEIR APARTMENT HAD A LEAKY PIPE TO CAUSE MOLD, THE ...WHOLE COMPLEX THE MESSED UP! SOME OTHER PROBLEMS ARE NOT FIXED. August 24, 2015When I was looking for an apartment in the Nashville area, the people at Ventana at the Lake went out of their way to welcome me and tell me about the area. They met all my needs -- washer/dryer and no apartment where the previous renter had a cat. The complex is in a great area, quiet, and on the lake. Any problems they fix immediately.
