    The maintenance staff are friendly, the folks at the leasing office are helpful if I have any questions, and the overall community feels welcoming. Few random things that aren’t so fun are: The pool’s and hot tubs have been filthy since I arrived, I was really excited to try them out since this place has 2. People speed like crazy over the speed bumps with no regard for pedestrians. The sign at the front says that there may be cameras, but there aren’t any in sight in the parking lot. My backyard ...

    Just being nit picky because the location is quiet, feels safe and the apartment was in good condition. The apartments are good but it's doesn't feel like luxury apartments. Other apartments have car washing stations and other amenities. The trees in the parking lot left dust over all the cars, so this would've been useful. The mail room handle is finicky. There's a pothole right in front of the entrance. The pool is dirty (maybe because it's off season). The maintenance people are helpful but ...
    they come in without warning and there's no option to opt out of that. I came from an apartment complex where they would let me choose a time that works best for me and have them come at that time frame. Then they would tell me when I'm scheduled. The maintenance is really fast but just no warning. The cell service is two bars all the time which is annoying. The apartments are 20 minutes from everything, but still nice.

    its great, very peaceful and quite lots of open area and nature, beautiful options for units and big nice clean pools and hot tub, also I love the bathtub that is a jacuzzi style tub and built in cabinets in dining room area very nice

    there are lot of issues gym equipment are not working lot of issues reported for apartment , no resolution. Since I am on first floor, All the Leaves are in Patio section. My duty is keep cleaning the patio section all the day.

    I’ve been very happy, living here. I love the environment and the peace surrounding it. I enjoy looking out for my balcony onto the Greenbelt. The staff and maintenance personnel are very helpful and always make sure services are rendered in a timely manner. The only thing that I wish could improve Is the monitoring of small children playing in our streets. There’s been lots of instances where children will run across the streets out of nowhere making it very dangerous! And that makes me ...
    nervous. I wish we would have a play area so the children would stay away from traffic and keep everyone safe.

    1. Not a clean apartment when I received keys. 2. Unwanted Charges to me on Gas and Electricity when I was not even moved in to apartment. 3. Maintenance Staff is very rude and Quality of Work is not upto the level. 4. Safety is the major concern as within 1 month i see stealing in the apartment and even Society gate is not operational
