October 3, 2025Overall I enjoy living here which has been since 2019. I plan on continuing to live here. My apartment meets my needs and has enough space. I really like the dog friendly atmosphere. My big concern is the rent cost. I find it somewhat expensive and excessive. The amenities go up every year and when you’re watching your expenses can add up quickly. The location is convenient, close to nearby places like shops, doctors and restaurants. Maintenance is [responsive and common areas are clean. September 25, 2025This year it's worse, the bottom of the pool is very dirty and there are ants all around the edge. The gate for cars is always broken and open. Neighbours leave their rubbish outside the bins and on days when it isn't collected. The air conditioning in the gym is also broken most of the time.
