    I’ve been living in the community for 4 years now. My kids and I really like it. I love that there’s an Elementary school right across the street. The staff is super nice and professional. Hopefully we get to live here for many years.

    I have been living here for a couple of weeks and so far I am feeling very comfortable and right at home. The complex is so well kept, maintenance is responsive, and parking (a huge priority when looking at apartments) is super easy. Guest parking and street parking always open. The community is pretty quiet and I love being so close to nearby stores and the freeway.

    Ventura Terrace Apartments are an excellent place to live. There is plenty of open space; for downstairs apartments and bungalows there is a nice backyard space. The apartments are well maintained (both interior problems and outside maintenance).

    Ventura Terrace apts. have been a great place for us to settle in as a working family with a child in grade school. The grounds are kept clean and maintenance is friendly and prompt in responding to any concerns. The office staff is great in explaining move-in procedures and really makes you feel welcome even during screening. Overall it is a welcoming place you can call home wether it is short or long term.
