If I could give less then 1 star I would
March 19, 2019Awful doesn’t begin to describe my stay at Ventura Vista “luxury apartments”. What they charge for a three bedroom, you could almost afford a house. So you would think if you’re moving into a luxury apartment complex with such a high rent the apartment complex would actually be luxurious. That is not the case with ventura vista apartments. Upon moving I noticed my neighbor was smoking marijuana on his patio. I informed the office staff and they did nothing. Later I found out that this was their ...head maintenance man. It got so bad that I would come home every day from work in my apartment would reek like marijuana. I contacted the management company, they also did nothing. This went on my entire stay at Ventura Vista Apartments. The parking is her Renda’s. They give you one parking spot and the majority of the time other people park in your spot in the office again does nothing. I’m not quite sure what the office is actually supposed to do? Because They sure don’t help their tenets. After moving and I realize that my shower and bathtub both need to be resurfaced. So they had the bright idea to do these both at the same time. So I had no shower for four days. No shower no bathtub nowhere to bed myself or my children. Their remedy? Well you can use the shower in an empty apartment. So let me love all of my children and myself every night to an empty apartment just so we can take a shower. Also they change management staff every couple of months in the year that I’ve lived here they’ve gone through four different people! Let me save you some time, run while you can. Do not sign a lease here. It is a trap!! Unless of course you like living with drug abusers, gangbangers, and drug dealers. Then this is the place for you.Property Manager Responded

Suffocating air freshener
April 3, 2018This place has a suffocating level of air freshener. I wonder what their trying to cover up with THAT much chemicals! It must be bad. Mold? A body? Monkeys throwing poop in the other room? Anyways I don't recommend going here if you value your health.Review from Apartments.com

LOVE Living Here, with One Improvement Opportunity.
July 31, 2015We absolutely love living here! The layouts and quality of the units are great, the property is beautiful, and the complex is quiet. It's also in a very convenient location, near the 101 and between the 51 and I-17 freeways. Perhaps my favorite aspect, are the employees. The office ladies really make you feel like they care and you feel like you're just a member of the family. The maintenance crew flies a little more under the radar, but they are quick and efficient at addressing your needs and ...concerns. That being said, if you have more than one vehicle or are planning a get together, parking can be a real challenge. The parking is very limited and you only have one assigned parking spot. I would suggest to the rental company that they purchase the empty lot next to the complex, and add more parking. They do offer a limited number of garages, so, if there happens to be one available, I would snag it! All-in-all, Ventura Vista is by far the best complex I've ever lived in.
